Albertson's 1/06-1/12

HERE is this week's printable shopping list. (This is Idaho's list. To find the Albertson's list for your area, click HEREIf you have no idea what to do with this shopping list, go HERE to learn how to use this great tool! Or if you're new to couponing altogether and want to learn how you can start saving 60%-90% on your grocery bill, click HERE and I'll show you how.

Also, there are DOUBLERS in the paper today! You can get some from the customer service desk when you go to Albies, but they usually only give you one or two, so I would suggest purchasing some papers at the newsstand as well. You can get the Press-Tribune for just $.35 at most places, so it's definitely worth it even just for the doublers alone.

Alright, so here's what's looking the best to me this week...

:MEAT & PRODUCE:

Potatoes, 10 lb. bag Russet - $.99
Chicken - Albertsons Whole Frying Chicken, fresh - $.69/lb (First 2) (Requires in-ad coupon)
Pork Loin Assorted Pork Chops, bone-in blade and sirloin chops, max pak - $.99/lb!! (First 10 lbs)
Aquarius or Albertsons Water $2.50 (Limit 4) (Requires in-ad coupon)

:Darigold Promo:

Save $2 INSTANTLY for every $10 you spend on Darigold products below.

I am just giving final prices after instant savings, coupon, and doubler. To find out how to get it for this price, check out the printable shopping list for details. Remember that with instant savings you do NOT have to separate these into separate transactions.

Darigold Sour Cream (16 ounce) - $.40
Darigold Half and Half (32 ounce) - $.60
Darigold Butter - $1.20
Darigold Cottage Cheese - $.40
Darigold Flavored Milk singles - $.80

:General Mills Promo:
Save $5 on your next shopping trip and get 50 Bonus Box Tops when you buy $20 in participating General Mills products.

There are some great deals to be had with this promo! Now, remember, you must reach $20 BEFORE coupons and discount. When looking at the GrocerySmarts list, use the far left price to add to $20. Your coupons will bring the total down, so you will not actually pay $20 out of pocket. If you are wanting to purchase more than $20 worth of items, break it down into groups of $20 for maximum savings. You will only generate one OYNSO, even if you purchase $40 worth unless you do it in separate transactions. Once you do your first transaction, you will receive your $5 catalina that you can then "roll" to help lower the cost of your next transaction. You can also use 3 doublers per transaction that will lower the cost per transaction even more. I am listing prices before doublers.

One other thing to note is that a lot of the printable coupons that GrocerySmarts lists that go with this promo say 'DND' (do not double), but if you receive the General Mills inserts in the paper, you will find many of the same coupons (be sure to check the values) and they do NOT say 'DND'

(I am just listing some of my favorite items that I will plan on getting, but there are many more, so be sure to check the list! Again, I am just giving the final price, for details on which coupons to use go HERE)

Cheerios (GrocerySmarts lists the $1/2 coupon, but you can also find a $1/1 coupon HERE) - $.41
Hamburger Helper, Chicken Helper, Tuna Helper - $.50 (GrocerySmarts does not list a coupon here, but there is a $.75/3 from SS or GM 1/3 (I can't remember which)
Nature Valley Nut Clusters - $.37 (There is a separate catalina promo running where if you buy 3, you will get a $1.50 OYNSO.) GrocerySmarts lists one place to print the $1/1 coupon, but you can also print two more HERE!
Progresso Vegetable Classics Soup 18-19 oz. - $.38

:OTHER GREAT DEALS:
I am listing prices AFTER doublers (unless they are "DND") for these since you can do them all in separate transactions of three to get maximum savings.

Yoplait Yogurt - $.18/ea (wyb 20) Boy is my fridge going to be full of yogurt!
Ore-Ida Steam and Mash - $1.29
Carnation Instant Breakfast - $.99
Marie Calanders Pasta Al Dente - $.99 (I LOVE these)
