The thing to remember about the $5 off $25 coupon is that you must reach $25 AFTER all manufacturer AND Walgreen's coupons. In order to make the most of this coupon you will want to keep your transaction right at $25 and try not to go over more than a dollar. That means you will want to really take care in planning your transaction. You don't to get done ringing up and having your total be $24.99 and not be able to use the $25 off coupon! (I would suggest finding a small clearance item as a filler to have on hand just in case. Then, if your total winds up being just shy of $25, you can add that filler so you don't wind up having to grab a $1 candy bar or something. Also, if your total is above $25, you can just hand the cashier the item and tell them you don't want it after all. Better safe than sorry!
